摘要:本文以企业文化相关文献的研究作为出发点,通过分析企业文化多旅行社服务质量的影响因素,结合对国内旅行社服务质量的分析,以广东省中国旅行社企业文化分析为例,探究如何针对企业文化从而改善服务质量。优化企业文化,不断地调整自身的管理方式来适应不断变化的环境,用最好的质量、最低的成本、最优的服务以及最快的速度来满足客户的个性化需求,从而实现企业可持续发展的目标。

Abstract:Based on the enterprise culture of correlative literature research as a starting point, through the analysis of enterprise culture factors influencing the quality of travel agency service, according to the analysis of the domestic travel agency service quality, in GuangDong province China travel service enterprise culture analysis as an example, to explore for the enterprise culture so as to improve service quality. Optimize enterprise culture, and constantly adjust their management way to adapt to the constantly changing environment, with the best quality, the lowest cost, the best service and the fastest speed to meet the personalized needs of customers, so as to achieve the goal of sustainable development of enterprise.

企业文化对旅行社服务质量具有深远的影响。企业文化是企业管理的一部分,不能脱离企业的其他管理职能,反过来其他的管理职能也不能脱离企业文化。企业文化,可以改变企业员工的综合素质,反之,企业员工的综合素质,往往也决定了企业文化的推广程度。企业文化需要通过自我学习和吸收融合其他的文化,而且要注入一定的规范管理管理制度,才能最终走上一个真正的企业文化之路。
