摘要：官员财产申报与公示制度是反腐斗争强有力的武器，我们国家应当借鉴其它国家的官员财产申报与公示制度的做法，将官员财产申报与公示制度纳入法律的轨道，实施官员财产的申报、公示，并且对其过程进行有效监督，完善相关问责制。

Abstract:The plight and countermeasures of officials property declaration and publicity system in our country.
