摘要:行波电帘除尘效率与微尘的各方面特性息息相关,比方说微尘的密度,微尘密度值越大,利用行波电帘就越难去除。因此对太阳能电池板上微尘颗粒特性做了系统的分析测量尤为重要。分类总结出微尘的各方面特性,为研究提供参考依据,这样研究行波电帘除尘技术才有针对性、有方向性。本次实验具体内容包括利用材料学知识和设备,测量微尘颗粒的密度以及导电率;利用机器视觉知识和照相机、显微镜等设备,测量微尘颗粒的直径分布。此次实验微尘样本取自于重庆地区,测量结果显示,样本的密度值大约为0.45kg/m3,直径在几微米到三十微米之间的微尘占总数的70%以上。受实验装置的影响,实验测量出的微尘的导电率不是一个固定值,它随着加在微尘两端的电压变化而变化,其变化趋势是电压值越高,导电率也越高,不过当电压达到一定大小时,导电率逐渐趋于一个平稳值。

ABSTRACT:Various characteristics of dust impact of traveling wave electric curtain collection efficiency,For example, the density of dust,The larger value the dust density,Travelling wave electric curtain harder to remove.Therefore, systematic research characteristics of dust particles on the solar panel is very important.Category summed up various features of dust,As the research traveling wave electric curtain dust removal technology to provide a reference.So the research of traveling wave electric curtain dust removal technology becomes targeted and directionality.The experiments require the use of materials science expertise and equipment,Measuring density of the particles and the conductivity of the particles.Using the Knowledge of machine vision cameras, microscopes and other equipment,Measuring the diameter distribution of dust particle. The samples experimental dust were obtained from Chongqing area. The measuring results shows that the dust's diameter between a few microns and thirty microns account more than 70% of the total dust. Affected by devices of experimental, Experimental measurements of the conductivity of the dust is not a constant value, Its changes with increasing voltage. Its change trend is the higher the voltage, the higher the conductivity. However, when the voltage reaches a certain value, Conductivity gradually become a stable value.
