摘要:文秘是一个公司不可缺少的岗位。随着中国的经济发展，现今民营企业、外资企业的不断壮大给文秘专业学生就业带来了很大的机遇。那么，文秘专业学生就业前景到底如何？本篇论文以镇江地区为例阐述文秘专业学生就业现状，从现状中获取信息并发现问题以及提出建议和解决办法。

Abstract:The secretary is an indispensable post. With China's economic development, today’s the private enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises continue to grow a lot of opportunities to secretarial students employment. So, how about the secretarial students employment prospects in the future? To this end a thesis described the secretarial students employment status of Zhenjiang, from the status quo to obtain information and identify problems ,to propose suggestions and solutions.

文秘在企业中属于最基础，也是最重要的岗位之一，其岗位职责描述也是最广泛的。作为一种全球性的职业，文秘工作越来越趋于现代化、科学化和专业化。它在辅助各级领导进行综合管理、树立企业形象、沟通内外关系、处理信息交流等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。文秘专业人才的就业前景应该不错，但企业还在抱怨能选到“像样”的文秘人员不容易。那么，文秘专业学生就业前景到底如何？为此本篇论文以镇江地区为例，阐述文秘专业学生就业现状，就这一现状浅析文秘专业学生就业难的原因，并有针对性地提出解决问题的策略。
