【摘要】随着时代的发展，秘书人员的工作范围也变得更加宽广，辅助决策也成为秘书工作的重要方面，辅助决策的好坏对秘书的工作有重要意义。秘书工作越来越多地参与到了领导决策当中去，作为领导的参谋和助手，在工作中与领导进行主辅配合，谋而不断。本文从秘书辅助决策职能的概述出发，在界定秘书辅助决策职能的定义、特征、原则的基础上，阐述了秘书人员在发挥辅助决策职能时存在的不足及应对措施，并就秘书如何做好辅助决策工作问题提出了自己的看法。
