摘 要:学校体育的目标是增强学生的体质、促进其身心健康发展，为提高中华民族的身体素质和为社会主义现代化建设培养德、智、体全面发展的建设者和接班人服务。小学体育是提高学生身体素质的必修课程，是培养高素质人才的初级基地。良好的体育教学有助于学生养成良好体育卫生常识和健身习惯，当前农村小学学校体育应当注重学生的主体地位，致力于提高学生综合素质。所以我们应当提高认识，克服各种制约因素，全面推进素质教育，了解农村小学学校体育的发展现状，重视农村小学学校体育在教学中存在的问题，切实有效地来提高小学生身体素质和体质健康。通过对施甸县甸阳镇农村小学学校体育的现状进行调查分析，为施甸县教育行政部门提供一定参考，从而改善施甸县甸阳镇农村小学学校体育的现状。本研究采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和逻辑分析法，对施甸县甸阳镇部分农村小学体育教师和主管学校体育教学工作的领导进行调查访问，分析施甸县甸阳镇农村小学学校体育的现状，找出施甸县甸阳镇农村小学中学校体育存在的问题，研究结果表明：1.农村小学体育课程教学内容不够丰富，小学体育课程教学方法有待完善。2.学生的课外体育活动缺乏有计划、有组织的指导。3.农村小学体育教师素质有待提高，应加大农村小学体育教师培训力度。4.小学体育经费投入不足，体育场地器材短缺，相关体育政策得不到落实。
