摘 要:拉祜族芦笙舞是拉祜族人民结合劳动、生产、生活内容编排而成的,是一项具有民族特色和体育特色的活动，曲调与节奏都具有民族特色且韵律感强，适宜大众参与。本文采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，通过对拉祜族的民族文化和生活习惯的深入了解，对拉祜族芦笙舞的价值进行探析，得出拉祜族芦笙舞具有一定的健身价值、艺术价值、娱乐价值、社会价值和民族文化传承价值。本文意在整理和开发拉祜族芦笙舞的民族体育文化资源，推动拉祜族芦笙舞在体育文化活动中的交流，为更好地开展和传承拉祜族芦笙舞提供一定的理论依据。

ABSTRACT:Lusheng dance is arranged by Lahu nationality which combines with working, production and life content. It is an activity of culture and sports, and it fits everyone. The melody and rhythm are cultural character, also have strong cadence. The thesis used literature, logic and so on to study, by knowing about the Lahu people’s national cultures and life habits, also the value of Lahu people’s Lusheng dance. It concluded that Lahu people’s Lusheng dance has important values about body-building, arts, entertainments, social and cultural inherit. The present study aims to pack up and explore the national sports’ culture resources of Lahu people’s Lusheng dance, promote its communication in sports’ culture. For providing the theory basis to develop and inherit Lahu people’s Lusheng dance better.
