Abstract：Conflict talk is a general language phenomenon which is one of important topics of discourse analysis. Conflict talk involves many linguistic behaviors and events such as arguing, disputing, quarreling, opposing and squabbling. Researchers at home and abroad in these fields have worked from different perspectives. And some foreign scholars focused their attention on the structural features of argument, disputes and similar speech events. They also studied conflict talk in different contexts and settings; and some scholars noticed other factors such as sex and social status that influenced conflict talk: what’s more, other scholars did some comparative studies.
However, compared with the studies carried out abroad, the domestic researches of conflict talk begin late. Domestic scholars mainly studied conflict talk from the perspective of conversational analysis.
This dissertation uses the dialogue on the scene of Darcy’s proposal in the rain in movie Pride and Prejudice (2005) as linguistic data. In accordance with Conversational Analysis Method, the conflict talk of the scene will be analyzed. In conclusion, the conflict talk between Darcy and Elizabeth is divided into three stages: (1) in initiation state, the disagreement and the usage of opposing questions between Darcy and Elizabeth are the incentive of the conflict talk; (2) in maintenance stage, the repetition and interruption between Darcy and Elizabeth intensify the conflict talk; (3) in termination stage, Darcy adopts concession and compromise to end the conflict talk. Depending on the analysis of conflict talk, the analysis can help people get a better understanding of original characters’ distinctive characteristic, the plot of the story and the irony and humor in the original style.

摘要：冲突话语是一种普遍的语言现象，是话语分析研究的重要课题之一。话语冲突包含许多言语行为和言语事件，包含争执、反驳、争吵、反对、争论等。国内外的研究者们从不同视角对话语冲突做了一些研究。一些外国学者探讨在论辩和争论等言语事件中的语言结构特征。一些学者研究不同情境下的冲突话语。一些学者关注到了影响冲突话语的其他因素如性别、社会地位等。还有一些学者做了比较研究。
但是，相比国外,国内对冲突话语的分析起步较晚,且还不完善。针对冲突性话语的研究，国内研究主要是从会话分析的角度。
本文以电影《傲慢与偏见》2005版中达西雨中求婚的场景对白作为语料来源，通过会话分析方法，对场景中的冲突话语进行分析。分析结果是：达西和伊丽莎白之间冲突话语的被分为三个阶段：(1) 起始阶段中，达西和伊丽莎白的意见不合以及运用反问是冲突的诱因；(2) 持续阶段中，达西和伊丽莎白在对话过程中互相重复以及打断对方的讲话使冲突激化；(3)结束阶段中，达西采取妥协和让步结束两人的冲突话语。通过对冲突话语的分析，能帮助人们更好地了解原著人物的鲜明个性、故事情节以及其反讽的语言特色和幽默的风格。
