Abstract: With the developement of global econormy, international trade becomes more and more flourishing. You should understand all world’s culture and know taboos if you want to cooperate with the foreigners. Cross-international negotiation can not be avoided in international trade, therefore, we should master the main negotiating styles and analysis the preparation of the negotiation and get ready for negotiation. Skill is so important that it is the overall plan to accomplish one’s goals in the negotiation and the action sequences that will lead to accomplishment of those goals. In this negotiation, we pursuit a win-win situation, therefore we tend to use the correct skills.

摘要:随着全球经济的发展,中国的国际贸易也越来越发达。要想和外国人做好每一笔生意,你必须了解世界各国的文化,知道他们的国家的禁忌。国际贸易中跨国的商务谈判在所难免,所以你必须懂得各国商人的贸易风格,分析谈判的准备,准备好应对技巧。谈判技巧非常重要。它是谈判中实现目标的全部计划以及能够导致谈判成功的全部顺序。在谈判中,我们想要追求双赢的局面,因此,我们趋向于使用正确的谈判技巧。
