Abstract:This article is about how nonverbal expressions affect people's daily lives. Albert Mehrabian (as cited in Miao Yimei and Sun Meifang, 2008:28), a psychologist proposed a formula: the total impact of message = 7% verbal + 38％ vocal + 55％ facial expressions behavior. Body language, 1ike verbal language can express emotions，exchange ideas and deliver information. The teleplay, Lie to Me, focus on liars' psychological changes, intonation changes, microexpressional changes, and posture changes. And Dr. Cal Lightman who can read clues embedded in the human face, body and tone voice to expose the truth and lies in criminal investigations. Some cases from lie to me are introduced to explain the elements of liars' nonverbal expressions. And then in reality, what kind of verbal and nonverbal expressions skills we should obtain and how to use them to communicate with different people in different situations.

摘要:本文谈论的是非言语因素是如何影响人们的日常生活的。心理学家雅伯特.马哈蓝比（孙海芳，2010：28）提出了这样一条公式：人们获得的总信息=7%的口头语言+38%的音调+55%的身体语言。身体语言就像语言一样能表达情绪，交换主意以及传递信息。电视剧《别对我说谎》主要讲的是说谎者的心理变化，语音变化，微表情变化以及肢体变化。卡尔·莱曼博士能在犯罪调查中通过人类的脸，身体以及声音的变化来揭穿其是否说谎。一些来自《别对我说谎》中的案例也被引入到了该文章，以便进一步透析说谎者的非言语特点。在现实生活中，怎样去获得言语和非言语技巧以及如何在不同情况下对不同的人使用这种技巧变的很重要。
