Abstract:The autonomous English learning of college students are affected by some intrinsic factors affecting the autonomous learning of college students,such as self-efficacy, attribution, goal-setting, cognitive and meta-cognitive strategies. This paper mainly studies how to foster students’ autonomy based on the analysis of these factors. It explores four measures to attain it: strengthen the motivation of learner autonomy; change teacher’s role in language teaching; optimize the mixture of students’ self-efficacy to become good learner; and training of cognitive and meta-cognitive learning strategies.

中文摘要:本文旨在通过分析影响大学英语自主学习的内在因素:自我效能感、归因、目标设置、认知策略以及元认知策略等,对大学英语自主学习和学习成效进行讨论,探讨在英语教学中从这些内在因素入手,加强大学生自主学习的意识和动机;改变教师的传统定位;优化影响大学生英语学习的内在因素组合;加强大学生英语认知和元认知策略训练,使这些内在因素对大学生英语的自主学习的提高产生积极有效的作用。
