Abstract:Cross-cultural communication is a very important way of communication in the electronic commerce. With the rapid development of international e-commerce, the role of cross-cultural communication in e-commerce has become increasingly apparent. By collecting various research materials about the application and influence of cross-cultural communication in e-commerce, this paper aims at offering a brief but systematic analysis on the influence of cross-cultural communication in the e- commerce and having a prospective vision on the development of cross-cultural communication in the e-commerce. Cross-cultural communication methods are applied in this paper to classify the application of cross-cultural in e-commerce in order to make the analysis more convincing and scientific.

摘要:跨文化交际是电子商务交际中重要的交际方式。随着国际电子商务的快速发展,跨文化交际在电子商务中作用日益明显。基于这种发展趋势,本文作者通过搜集整理大量的跨文化交际在电子商务中应用的实例,通过举例说明的方法,对跨文化交际在电子商务中应用及其影响进行了简介但系统化的分析。该分析主要针对跨文化交际在电子商务中的影响及其发展前景。在分析过程中,为使分析更加科学严谨,作者还用了跨文化交际学的一些原理分析关于跨文化交际应用的分类。通过本研究,作者希望能够提高大家对电子商务中跨文化交际知识的重视,采取积极的态度和措施,发挥跨文化交际对电子商务的重要作用。
