Abstract：Christianity was born in the middle of the first century AD, which was originate in the earliest Church- Judaism founded by the Hebrews. Christianity recognizes and follows the Jewish religious thought, and developed on this basis. The United States is a country of strong Christian faith. Christianity constitutes the ideological basis of the behavior of the United States.
The research object is the impact of Christianity on American culture in the thesis which explains and describes it in different ways. The consists of thesis are divided into four parts:1.The history of Christianity. Christian influence in American history is so long, and had a tremendous effect.2.The influence of Christianity to American culture. American education, economics, art and language, can see the shadow of Christianity.3. Christian influence on American politics. First of all, is the impact of Christian culture on the US. The Christian faith of the presidential candidate and the voters play an important role of the result of the presidential election. And then is the constitutional system. 4. The main role of Christianity on Americans in their life. The daily etiquette, festival custom and the American core culture, all embody the Christian content. The present era, the Christian influence on the United States should not be underestimated.
