Abstract

 

Nowadays, the countries all over the world are encountered with intense competition, facing along with serious challenges under the background of economy globalization, politics polarization and social information diversification. Among all rapid changes, China has made great achievement and thus many countries have been researching for Chinese development models to discover the successful road with Chinese characteristics. Throughout the whole world, the success or failure of each country is associated with enterprises, of course, we can clearly see that the rapid development of Huawei has put forward the technology innovation and motivated national economy. And we will discover the important role of Huawei’s enterprise culture that is equivalent to Chinese characteristics if we continue to seek for successful experience.

This paper mainly discusses the meaning of Chinese characteristics with respect to three pragmatical theories in Huawei’s enterprise culture, such as the linguistic meaning that combines the connotative meaning showed by Huawei’s “people-oriented” concept and the social meaning manifested by the process of combing modern enterprise development and Chinese traditional culture, the linguistic signs meaning that combines the rational meaning expressed by Huawei’s continuous technology reform to strengthen crisis awareness and the reflected meaning from “ Huawei’s Winter”, and the contextual meaning showed by Huawei’s distinctive wolf and mass culture so that not only greatly enhances the national pride and a sense of achievement, but also promotes national enterprise long-term development and meanwhile provides research for the significant meanings of Chinese characteristics in any corporate culture at home and abroad.
