Abstract: Since 1971, the company has been the world's leading special coffee retailer, baking and Starbucks brand owner. For a long time, the company has been committed to offering our customers the best quality coffee and service, to creating the unique "Starbucks experience", to making Starbucks stores around the world become the third life space except the workplaces and living places. Its guiding principles are providing the perfect working environment, creating the mutual respect and trust working atmosphere, and using the high enthusiasm to meet customers’ demand. In this paper, the focus that Starbucks' humanistic perspectives are being analyzed and the western culture that reflected are being discussed.
