Abstract
Adam and Eve in Paradise, is arguably the most influential story of all time. It's a story central to Christianity, justifying the need for a saviour. For centuries, Adam and Eve have been viewed as the archetypal man and woman. Their story is our story, their crime, our crime. Even if you're not a believer, the story has had a devastating grip on the Western imagination. It's help shape the belief that human nature is fundamentally bad. I'm on a quest to uncover the original meaning of this story. Hidden in the pages of the Bible there are clues pointing to the real Eden. I think the real story of Eden is too important to ignore.
