Abstract: Based on the theory of the affective filter hypothesis, and the instrument of questionnaire, taking non-English majors college students of Nanjing Xiaozhuang University as the research subjects, this paper explores the main factors for non-English majors’ anxiety in the process of English learning, and then puts forward some suggestions in order to reduce non-English major college students' anxiety in English learning and improve the efficiency of English learning. It has strong practical significance and value for the research of non-English major college students' anxiety in English learning.
