Abstract: Cultural turn plays an increasingly important role in translation studies especially when dealing with cultural conflicts, solving the dilemma of untranslatability in international translation studies. Based on the theory of translation and cultural turn, this thesis firstly introduces principles and features when translating business English words including as well as the concept and connotation of cultural turn. In the second part the thesis elaborates the cultural turn in translation of business English words, exploring how business English words translation is adapted for different social and cultural backgrounds, so that it can be successfully transferred from source language to target language. According to the research, the thesis puts forth the translating steps when culture turn is involved in translation by analyzing the concrete texts, thus the translation can achieved the best effect.
