Abstract: In this paper, through summarizing domestic and foreign scholars’ research in the field of business English letters and its translation, we find that their studies on the business English correspondence generally limited to its forms. Based on Nida's functional equivalence theory, this paper discusses the stylistic features and translation of business correspondence. In conclusion, it is found that four principles of translation: lexical equivalence, syntactic equivalence, textual equivalence, stylistic equivalence.
