摘要:21世纪是经济全球化的时代,市场化竞争的程度越来越激烈,提高企业生产效率,是企业在变幻莫测的环境中谋得一席之地的必要条件。在生产现场管理中,最核心的理论即为5S管理理论。5S管理包括整理、整顿、清扫、清洁和素养等部分,在发达欧美国家等得到广泛运用,却在中国制造业的运用现状不容乐观,造成了效率低下,资源浪费的情況,不利于国内企业管理水平的提高。基于以上认识理解,于本文将介绍国内外5S管理的发展及现状,然后简要阐述5S管理的起源,内容及重要性。就海信容声的具体案例,结合企业状况,分析该企业5S管理应用的现状及产生的误区,然后提出一些建议和意见。论文在分析海信容声的5S管理应用中产生的误区和对策研究之后,综合考虑,提出了论文的结论,并总结论文的不足之处,对未来5S管理的运用作出展望。现场管理是决定制造型企业发展好坏的决定性因素。目前国内大部分企业对5S管理的运用没有充分重视,而制约了中国成为制造业大国的发展之路,只有将5S管理落到实处,才可以使降低生产费用,使企业尤其是家电制造业在白热化的竞争中,成就自己的战略目标。

ABSTRACT:The 21st century is the era of economic globalization, the market competition is becoming more intense, improve production efficiency, enterprises in the vagaries of the environment have gained a place the necessary conditions. In the production site management, the core theory is 5S management theory. S management including order, straighten, sweep, clean, and literacy and other parts, such as in the developed western countries has been widely used, but the use of the manufacturing sector in China is not optimistic, resulting in inefficiency, wastage of resources is not conducive to domestic enterprises management levels. Based on the above knowledge to understand, in this paper describes the development of domestic and 5S management and current situation, and then briefly describes the origins of 5S management, content and importance.
