摘要:本文是采用溶胶凝胶制备纳米SiO2并用KH-560作为改性剂对其进行原位改性并对其进行了表征,制备了纳米SiO2/环氧复合涂料,研究了改性的SiO2对环氧涂料力学及耐蚀性能的影响。实验结果表明:红外谱图与热重分析证明了KH-560与纳米二氧化硅之间发生了化学接枝,通过TEM发现纳米粒子的分散性得到了极大的改善,润湿性实验表明纳米粒子的亲水性下降。通过对复合涂层的性能测试发现适量的纳米SiO2极大的改善了环氧涂料的力学性能,在纳米粒子的添加量为3%时涂层的具有最佳的力学性能。在紫外老化及盐雾的加速腐蚀实验条件下,纳米SiO2环氧复合涂层的性能明显优于常规环氧涂层。

Abstract:In this article, nano-SiO2 was prepared by sol-gel technique, in-situ modified by KH560 then was characterized. We also produced nano-SiO2 / epoxy composite coating and studied the impact of modified nano-SiO2 in mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of Epoxy coating. The experimental results showed that: TG and FTIR analysis proved that the chemical graft appeared between KH-560 and nano-silica, through TEM analysis we could find that the dispersion of nano-SiO2 had been greatly improved, and the wettability experiments showed that the hydrophily of the modified nanoparticles declined. Through the test of composite coating performance, we found that the proper amount of nano-SiO2 greatly improved the mechanical properties of epoxy coating. When the content of nanoparticles was 3%,the composite coating would have the best mechanical properties.The corrosion-resistance of nano-SiO2/epoxy composite coating was obviously better than conventional epoxy coating in Uv aging test and salt mist test.
