摘要:本文主要通过研究胺类和酯类抗静电剂与PP混合挤出后,制成薄膜测试PP薄膜性能的变化。选用的抗静电剂为乙氧基胺202A和202C、单甘酯1和2。通过对PP薄膜表面电阻测试:发现单一抗静电剂无法满足要求;而采用两种抗静电剂复配可有效提高PP薄膜的抗静电性能,其配比1:1时,PP薄膜可以保证短时间起效、长时间保持抗静电效果的理想状态。力学性能测试结果表明:由于加入的抗静电剂属于小分子类材料,使PP薄膜的拉伸强度有所降低。实验结果还表明:加入了乙氧基胺和单甘酯抗静电剂使PP薄膜表面摩擦系数降低,且降低的程度与抗静电剂分子迁移到PP薄膜表面的速度和量有关。本文还对加入抗静电剂后PP薄膜的雾度和光泽度进行了测定,发现加入单甘酯对PP薄膜的雾度和光泽度有影响。

Abstract:In this paper, the amine and ester antistatic agent are extrusion with PP mixed, which made of thin-film, and test PP film performance changes. The antistatic agent is ethoxylated amine 202A and 202C, monoglyceride 1 and 2. Through the PP film surface resistance test find: a kind of single antistatic can not satisfy requirements; and two compound antistatic agent can effectively improve the antistatic properties of the PP film. when the ratio is 1:1, PP film can guarantee on short onset, a long time to keep the ideal state of antistatic effect. The mechanical properties of the test results show that: the tensile strength of the PP film is decreased by adding the antistatic agent which belong to a small molecule class of materials. The experimental results also show that: PP film surface friction coefficient is reduced by adding ethoxylated amine and monoglycerides antistatic agent, and the extent reduced is related with the speed and amount of the antistatic agent molecules migrated. The article also tests the haze and gloss of PP film which added the antistatic agent, which discovered that PP film haze and gloss are influential by adding the monoglycerides.
