摘要:本设计是对带式输送机传动装置的设计,重点针对传动装置,是从电动机到带传 动、齿轮、轴、键再到减速器的分析说明。

   本文主要分为四个章节,在结论首先介绍了带式输送机传动装置的研究背景,通 过对参考文献进行详细的分析,阐述了齿轮、减速器等的相关内容;在第二章节对带 式输送机传动装置的总体设计进行技术分析,分别对 V 带传动、减速器里的齿轮传动 和传动零件等进行了分析;在第三章节对设计计算过程进行详细说明,在技术路线中, 论述电动机、带传动、齿轮、轴、键以及减速器各个部件的选择及其基本参数的选择 和几何尺寸的计算,而电动机、齿轮和轴三个关键部件对其主要强度的验算等在这次 设计中所需要考虑的一些技术问题做了介绍。

   本设计的难点在于对传动装置各部件的选择及计算,对各个结构能够合理配合工 作进行分析设计。

   本设计的优点:齿轮减速器结构紧凑、传动效率高、运行平稳、传动比大、体积 小、加工方便、寿命长等等。

最后,给出了一些参考文献,可以用来查阅相关的资料,给自己的设计带来方便。

Abstract:This design is of belt conveyor design of transmission device, focusing on transmission device, from motor, gear, to bring transmission shaft, the key to the analysis.

  This paper is divided into four chapters, first introduced in the conclusion of belt conveyor transmission device research background, based on a detailed analysis of the reference, this paper expounds the gear reducer, the relevant content; etc.In the second section of belt conveyor design on the transmission technology analysis of V belt transmission, the gear reducer and transmission components are analyzed; etc.In the third chapter of design calculation process in detail, technical route, discusses motor, gear, belt, and the axial and key components and gear basic parameter selection and calculation of geometry size, and motor, gear and axial three key components of its main strength calculation in the design of such needs to consider some technical problems are introduced.

  The design of the difficulty of transmission device of components of selection and calculation of rational structure, each with analysis and design work. The design of the advantages of compact, gear reducer, high efficiency, stable operation, transmission big, small volume, convenient processing, long life and so on.

  Finally, the paper puts forward some reference, can be used to access the information related to their design, bring convenience.
