摘要:逆向工程是汽车产品开发的一种高效形式，国际汽车界在 20 世纪 90 年代兴起，我 国汽车工业在实行逆向工程已经作了不少工作。逆向工程主要是依靠高度集成化、可视 化开放化的计算机技术和网络技术构筑汽车产品。目前仍需制造样品和样本，进行实物 的试验、论证和评价，但这已经不是一种重要的手段，而最终将会取消这一过程，就思 维的方法而言，思维先于实践，实践反证思维的逆向逻辑形式，国际汽车界称为逆向工 程。
逆向工程技术是测量技术、数据处理技术、图形处理技术和加工技术相结合的一门 综合性技术。处理好这些技术，是逆向工程的一个很重要的环节，其实逆向工程过程就 是处理这些技术的过程，处理好这些技术，制作出来的产品质量也就提高了不少。
本文先讲述汽车转向器零部件数据采集，主要讲述数据采集的基本方法和数据采集 的具体步骤；而后使用 Imageware 软件处理这些采集数据，包括点云的预处理和曲线、 曲面的拟合等；然后使用 UG NX 6.0 软件来构建实体。
