摘 要:本文是广州恒运热电厂扩建工程2×300MW机组烟气脱硫工程的初步设计。本设计采用德国WULFF公司的回流式循环流化床(RCFB)完成烟气脱硫。该法以循环流化床原理为基础,主要采用消石灰粉作为吸收剂,通过吸收剂的多次再循环,延长吸收剂与烟气的接触时间,达到高效脱硫的目的。本文按机组烟气脱硫的总体设计、平面布置、工艺过程、除灰渣部分、电气部分和热控部分依次展开。完成了烟气和脱硫剂的物料平衡计算,进行系统设备的主要性能参数设定,完成系统设备的选型,进行相关辅助系统的设计计算,完成脱硫系统工艺设计。
本设计采用的RCFB脱硫系统,针对广州恒运热电厂设计的煤种和发电机组的设计工况与不同负荷的有关计算表明,该脱硫系统的系统可用率保证不低于98%,脱硫后净烟气出口粉尘浓度≤50mg/ Nm3,SO2的排放量≤218mg/ Nm3(O2的体积浓度6%),完全满足烟气脱硫的技术要求。

Abstract:This paper is HengYun cogeneration plant in Guangzhou expansion project 2 x 300MW unit desulphurizing engineering the preliminary design. This design uses the German WULFF company back to streaming circulating fluidized bed (RCFB) complete flue gas desulfurization. The method is based on the principle of circulating fluidized bed, mainly uses the hydrated lime powder as an absorbent, through many recycling absorber, prolong the absorber and flue gas desulfurization contact time, the purpose of achieving high. This paper according to the unit desulphurizing of the overall design, layout, process, in addition to ash parts, electrical parts and thermal control section in turn unfolding. We completed a smoke and desulfurizer material equilibrium calculation, the main performance system equipment parameter setting, complete system equipment selection, design and calculation of the relevant auxiliary system, complete desulphurization system process design.
This design uses the RCFB desulfurization system, the design of HengYun for Guangzhou thermal coal under the design and generators with different load of the relevant calculation shows that the guaranteed availability of the desulphurization system is not less than 98%. After the flue gas desulfurization net export dust concentration is not more than 50 mg/ Nm3. SO2 emissions is not more than 218 mg/ Nm3(O2 volume/concentration 6%) and fully satisfied flue gas desulfurization technical requirements.
