摘 要:硫化锌精矿的沸腾焙烧是获得锌的主要手段,也是炼锌过程中最重要的环节之一,在国民经济建设中起着举足轻重的作用。本着优质、高产、低耗和对环境污染小的方针,设计建造年产量为15万吨的硫化锌精矿焙烧车间 。同时,本设计还结合了国内外相似焙烧炉的一些先进的生产经验和相关数据,力争使该设计的高炉做到合理、长寿、实用,以期达到最佳的生产效益。
设计的主要内容包括炼锌的工业计算(配料计算、物料平衡计算、热平衡的计算)、焙烧炉数目及总容积的确定 、炉型设计、 焙烧炉炉型尺寸参数的计算、绘制焙烧炉炉型图、焙烧车间平面布置应遵循的原则 、车间平面布置形式。

ABSTRACT:The zinc sulfide ore concentrate's fluidized bed roasting is obtains the zincthe principal means that is also builds up in the zinc process one of mostimportant links, is playing the pivotal role in the national economy construction. In line with high quality, the high production, the low consumption and to the environmental pollution small policy, the design construction annual output are 150,000 ton zinc sulfide ore concentrates roast the workshop. At the same time, this design also unified the domestic and foreign similar calciner's some advanced production experience and the correlation data, argues vigorously causes this design the blast furnace to achieve, the longevity reasonably, practical, achieves the best production benefit by the time.
