摘 要:电力工业是国民经济发展的基础工业。近几年,我国电力事业得到了迅速发展,对促进国民经济和社会发展起了重要作用。电力工业的发展水平和电能供应的数量和质量是衡量工业、农业、国防和科技现代化水平的重要标准。
为了节约能源,我们要提高热电厂的热经济性,本设计以C25—8.83/0.118型机组为核心,构建了一个热电厂热力系统,设计内容包括回热系统、辅助热力系统的拟定,原则性热力系统的计算,主、辅设备的选择,以及全面性热力系统的拟定,采用物质平衡和能量平衡的计算方法,通过五种方案的计算、比较、最终选择选择一个最佳的方案,达到电厂安全、经济运行的目标。设计方案采用一级或两级连续排污扩容器,一台高压除氧器或者加一台低压除氧器,二台高压加热器,三台低压加热器。

Abstract: The electric power industry is the basic industries of national economy development. In recent years, power plants has developed rapidly and play an important role in the national economy and the social development. The electric power industry level of development and electrical energy supply quantity and the quality have been the weight industry, agricultural, the national defense and the technical modernization level important standard.
In order to save the energy, we should enhance the economy of the thermal power plant. This design based on the C25—8.83/0.118 type provide a system of thermal electrical power plant, which include the design of heat regenerative system and auxiliary heat systems, the calculation of principal thermodynamic systems, the select to major and auxiliary equipment, the design of plant integrity thermodynamic systems as well, uses the matter balance and the energy balance computational method. In order to reach the object that plant running safely and economically, the best program was chose after counting and comparing the five different types of programs. This plan uses one or two levels of continuous blowdowns, a high pressure eliminates the oxygen or add a make-up water eliminates the oxygen, two high-pressured heaters, four low pressure heaters.
