摘要:本设计是建一个年产6万吨的氧化铝焙烧车间。设计主要采取了以理论分析、数值计算和计算机CAD绘图相结合的研究方法。本论文分析了目前氧化铝的市场需求状况,进行了厂址的选择与论证、物料平衡的计算、热平衡的计算、主体设备尺寸的确定、辅助设备的选择,并画出了主体设备图、设备连接图、车间配置图完成了本次设计。

ABSTRACT:This design is an alumina roasting workshop for output of 60,000 tons annually. The design mainly uses the research method of theoretical analysis, numerical calculation with computer and CAD drawings. This article analyzes the market demand of alumina, the selection and demonstration of plant site, the material balance calculation and the heat balance calculation. Besides, the selection and determination of the main equipment and auxiliary equipment size. In the end, the design is finished by drawing the diagram of main equipment, the connection of device diagram and the plant configuration diagram.
