摘要:近些年来，网络小说改编电视剧蔚然成风，并有愈演愈烈之趋势，2011年，这种改编呈现出井喷状态，电视剧向网络小说购买版权已经成为一种大的行业趋势。
高产的言情小说作家匪我思存有19部小说，其中10部的影视版权已经被影视公司买走。本文选取了匪我思存作品中有代表性的并在改编为电视剧后受到好的收视和口碑的一部网络小说《来不及说我爱你》为例进行研究，主要分析对网络小说的电视剧改编，并对改编的电视剧主题方面，人物角色的选择等方面，结合由网络小说改编的当下盛行热播的宫廷，穿越题材影视作品和一些改编失败的案例作对比分析，来研究网络小说改编的电视剧的现状，特点和发展。
