摘要：目前，大多数对影视剧翻拍的研究，主要局限于对翻拍现状、忠实原著文化、影视传播影响、受众心理、跨文化影视传播等内容，几乎很少涉及影视创作、产生原因、经济生活、民族文化、和影视业步入良性发展道路对策的研究。虽然，影视剧的翻拍填补了荧屏的空白，增加了电视台的收视率，也一定程度丰富了观众的文化生活，但是从整体上看，影视剧的过度翻拍还是出现弊大于利的效应。所以，笔者将以此为主线，围绕消费社会下影视剧翻拍热潮的利弊展开一个比较全面系统的透析。既分析了影视剧投资方和拍摄、播放方的翻拍热原因，也分析了消费市场与观众一定程度的推波助澜的心理，从而，在影视创作、产生原因、经济生活、民族文化、和影视业如何走上良性发展道路各个层面进行了反思，其目的是，让影视业更好地避害趋利，扬长避短，科学对接市场，提高拍摄质量，促进影视业的健康、繁荣与和谐发展。
