[摘要] 本文分析了国内外运用书法元素进行平面设计的作品，尝试探索平面设计的传承与创新之间的联系。文章具体从以下几个方面展开论述，首先是对传统书法艺术以及现代平面设计特点的阐述，这是研究的理论基础；其次，结合实例，探讨书法艺术与现代平面设计结合。书法艺术是中国传统文化艺术的典型代表，结合平面设计，中国平面设计将展现出其独有的特色。

[Abstraot] This paper analyzes the domestic and international use of calligraphy works of graphic design elements, try to explore the graphic design of the link between heritage and innovation. 研究的缘由
众所周知，中国是世界上历史最悠久的四大文明古国之一，华夏文明，是世界上最古老的文明之一，也是世界上持续时间最长的文明。中华文明史源远流长，已有5000多年。并且，文化传统一脉相承，未曾中断。但是，随着现代社会的不断地发展,中国的现代设计的发展自然也建立在与传统文化的继承与发展的基础之上,必须找到赖以生存的根本，这个根源就是民族传统文化。中国传统文化具有独特的底蕴，独树一帜的语言文字更加开拓了创作的自由空间，出现了具有深刻象征意义的各种传统元素。中国现代平面设计应对传统文化作更深入而系统的研究，重视对民族传统文化本土性的开发，运用有深刻含义的元素,创造有着深厚文化底蕴的设计作品，使中国的平面设计能够更好地为世界所接纳，在世界的舞台上大放异彩。
