摘要:石油企业仓库的管理工作是一个复杂而庞大的系统工程，在石油企业价值环节和物流环节中，仓库管理是必不可少的重要部分，是石油企业顺利生产和高效运作的后勤保障。石油企业通过不断提高仓库管理水平，保证生产并及时供应，降低物流成本，也要减低库存资金的作用，给油田公司创造突出的经济效益。本文研究的的重点是对QHYT物资装备公司仓库管理的现状及存在的问题进行了分析，然后就如何加强对仓库的管理，提出了加强管理，提高人员素质；加强计划的明确性，有效安排物资储备；灵活入库出库；改善库房办公条件等对策措施。

ABSTRACT:Petroleum Enterprise warehouse management is a complex and vast systems engineering in the oil business chain of value chains and logistics, warehouse management is essential to the important part is the oil of the smooth and efficient operation of the enterprise logistics. Through continuous improvement of warehouse management in petroleum enterprises, ensure timely supply and production, reduce logistics costs, and to diminish the role of stock funds, to the oil companies to create highlights economic benefits. This paper focuses on QHYT equipment company warehouse management conducted an analysis of current situation and existing problems of, and on how to strengthen the management of warehouses, for strengthening management, improving staff quality; enhance the clarity of the plan, effective arrangements materiel reserve; flexible storage library; improve the Office conditions and countermeasures to the Treasury.

QHYT物资装备公司的仓库管理也是企业供应链管理中的基础环节，和相关部门紧密联系在一起，只有通过增强企业中部门之间的协调与沟通能力，才能使企业的仓库管理提高效率，让正常的生产与运作得到保证。仓储管理是指对仓库及其库存物品的管理，它是一门经济管理科学，同时也涉及应用技术科学；仓储管理系统是企业物流系统中不可缺少的子系统。物流系统的整体目标是以最低成本提供令客户满意的服务，而仓储管理系统在其中发挥着重要作用。仓储活动能够促进企业提高服务水平，增强企业的竞争能力。现代仓储管理已从静态管理向动态管理了生了根本性的变化，对仓储管理的基础工作也提出了更高的要求。
