摘要
作为人力资源管理重心的绩效管理,在企业日常管理工作中发挥着重要的作用。如何更有效的规范企业的绩效管理是目前许多企业面临的盆待解决的问题。建立一套科学实用的、与企业战略发展相适应的绩效管理体系对企业而言有着非常重要的现实意义。
在本论文中,本着理论联系实际的原则,综合运用了文献研究法、问卷调查法与访谈法。首先通过问卷调查和重点人群的访谈,对A公司人力资源管理进行深入的剖析,对企业人力资源方面特别是绩效管理中存在的问题做出诊断。然后通过对绩效管理理论的运用,提出了A公司绩效管理体系的设计要求和设计思路。在对绩效管理体系的设计过程中,本论文的研究重点是在指标体系和过程体系两部分。
本论文试图在A公司引入绩效管理的概念,并结合公司的实际情况,设计了行之有效的绩效管理体系。同时,将绩效管理不仅强调结果,而且重视达成目标的过程这样的管理理念,深入到A公司中、高层及所有员工中,从而完善了A公司绩效管理体系,提升了整体绩效水平,并通过此探讨绩效管理体系在企业特别是民营中小型企业管理中的应用。

Abstract
As it has been proved, Performance management becomes a very popular instrument to improve employees' performances, and as a consequence, to further improve firm's overall Performances. However, since the lack of experience, the effects of Performance management systems in many domestic companies are not as good as we expected. Therefore, how to establish a systematical and efficient Performance management system becomes a critical task for all domestic businesses.
In this Paper, we have the Principle of integrating theory with practice, the integrated use of a literature study, questionnaire and interview survey method. First, through the questionnaire survey and focus group interviews to make a depth analysis of A corporate human resources management, we diagnose some Problems consisting in corporate human resources and performance management especially. Then through the use of Performance management theory, we put forward A corporate performance management system design requirements and design ideas. In the performance management system design process, the research focus of this paper is the indicator system and process system.
This paper to try the concept of performance management in A companies firstly, and design an effective performance management system combined with the company's actual situation. Meanwhile, some management philosophy such as performance management is not only focused on the outcome, but also attach importance to the process to achieve goals, deepintotheA companies,executivesandallstaff,thus,itperfecttheA corporate performance management system, and improve the overall performance level. Meanwhile, through this we explore Performance management system applications in enterprises, especially Private small and medium enterprise management.
