摘要:随着旅游业的持续快速发展，休闲会议型度假旅游将逐渐进入民众的生活，休闲会议型度假酒店适应了目前中国旅游业由观光型向休闲会议度假型转变的一个大趋势。XX酒店坐落于风景秀丽的XX 旅游度假区，属于生态型的休闲会议度假酒店。现面临着同行业激烈竞争和严峻挑战，如何在顺应旅游会议型酒店发展的大潮下有效控制成本进行节流从而提升企业的竞争力已成为XX酒店目前的首要任务。
仓储管理不仅有助于防止存货业务的错误记录和舞弊行为的发生，还能使企业加强成本控制，实施低成本战略，使企业能以最低的成本获得最大的利润，还有助于降低平均资金占用水平，提高企业经济效益。完善仓储管理成为了XX酒店面对挑战的突破口。
本文围绕着XX酒店仓储管理存在着的问题，提出了建立规范的规章制度、优化作业环节、引进仓储人才，完善培训体系和建立完备的仓储管理系统4 个方面进行改善。文章在第一章中介绍了本文研究的背景和意义以及相关理论综述；第二章总结并分析了其现存状况和问题；第三章则对其问题提出改善方法；最后得出结论。

Abstract:With the sustained and rapid development of tourism, leisure and conference-type holiday will gradually enter the public life, leisure-type vacation hotel meeting China's tourism industry to adapt to the current XX sightseeing to leisure resort meeting a major trend change. XX hotel is located in the beautiful tourist resort XX, leisure and meetings are eco-resort. The industry is facing intense competition and the challenge of how to adapt to the development of tourist hotels meeting the tide to save money under the effective control of costs has become a top priority.
Warehouse Management not only help prevent errors in inventory records and business XX occurring, but also to enable enterprises to strengthen cost control, low cost strategy,enabling businesses to the lowest cost to maximize profits, but also help to reduce the average funding occupancy levels, improve economic efficiency of enterprises. Storage management has become a perfect hotel to meet the challenges XX breakthrough.
This XX Hotels around storage management problems exist proposed the establishment of standardized rules, optimized operating procedures, the introduction of warehouse personnel, improve the training system and the establishment of a complete warehouse management system, four areas for improvement. Articles in the first chapter introduce the background and significance of this research and related theory; second chapter summarizes and analyzes the existing situation and problems; the third chapter of their issues to improve the method; final conclusion.
