研究供应链风险防范对策能指导供应链企业在供应链环节的运营中如何防范风险、规避风险和转移风险,从而获得更为丰富的经济效益，所以这个研究具有重要的实践意义。
本文的目的是研究遇到供应链风险时的对策以及防范措施，在这个基础上介绍了供应链风险的定义识别、管理含义、管理过程、风险措施以及供应链风险中的防范对策，并通过引导诺基亚爱立信的工厂事件对企业常见物流管理的对策进行总结。最后得出结论：企业在供应链运营中会遇到许多不可避免或者不可抵抗的风险，应充分结合市场的实际情况和自身实际情况,以实事求是的科学发展观逐步形成有竞争力的整体供应链,并且积极有效地借鉴各种成功的管理方法,使供应链有一个高效且安全的平台。
