摘要:自从1978年改革开放以来,我国的经济得到了迅速的发展,广大人民群众的生活水平也得到了很大的提高;同时由于长期以来我国人口基数大且人均住房面积又少,使住房和其他房屋建筑需求量居高不下,这极大地促进了我国建筑业的发展。直至21世纪,我国的建筑行业已经进入了成熟期,同时,进度控制也开始引起了企业管理者和项目经理的重视,现在施工企业的重中之重就是施工项目,建筑企业经营的主要方向也渐渐转向了管理,因而企业竞争力的强弱也是通过项目进度管理的成功与否来决定的。但在工程施工过程中,随着工程的进展以及内外环境因素的变化,实际工程进度也会不断的发生变化,导致计划进度和实际进度产生偏差,若不及时修改,就会影响总的工期计划,工程的总的造价预算,最终就会影响总的投资效益。因此,要想工程项目顺利完工,就必须对施工项目的进度进行行之有效的控制,使其最终顺利达到预定的目标。
本文通过对盐城市软件园二期3#楼的工程进度进行研究,从多个层面对影响工程施工进度的因素进行了分析,通过对进度控制的理论、原理和方法等多个方面进行论述,采用各种措施对施工进度进行控制,总结了成功的经验,同时也对管理过程中存在的不足指出了相应的解决方法。

Until the 21st century, China's construction industry has entered the mature period, meanwhile, schedule control has begin to cause the attention of enterprise managers and project managers, construction enterprise is mainly construction projects, construction enterprises of strategic focus gradually shifted to the management, the strength of the enterprise competitive ability is decided by the project schedule management is good or bad. But in the process of engineering construction, with the progress of the project as well as the change of internal and external environmental factors, the actual project progress unceasingly will also change, lead to project progress and actual progress deviation, if don’t change in time, it will affect the total time limit for a project, the total cost, which then affect the investment benefit. So, if you want to project successfully completed, you must be in effective control of construction project progress smoothly and make it to the expected goal.
Software park of Yancheng city, this article through to the second phase 3 # building engineering progress, which is from different aspect of multiple factors affecting the engineering construction progress is analyzed, based on the schedule control theory, principle and method of multiple aspects, such as, adopting various measures to control the construction progress, and summarizes the successful experience, but also in the process of management of the deficiencies pointed out the corresponding solutions.
