内容摘要：伴随着改革开放的深入和市场经济体制的建立与完善，企业间的竞争越来越白热化，而危机也无时无刻不在威胁着企业的生存。所以在顺应当代经营环境中，危机管理已经不再是一个处理突发事件的临时管理项目，而会影响一个组织的生死存亡。南京冠生园只是这类企业的典型代表。在“陈馅事件”遭到媒体曝光后，冠生园同样采取了危机管理对策，本论文将讨论其在处理危危机出现的问题，以及面临危机，一个企业应有的对策。同样也是为了启示出现危机的企业：开展危机公关需要真本事，需要以理服人。

Abstract:Along with the deepening of reform and opening up and the establishment and perfection of the market economy,the competition between enterprises is more and more fierce,but every hour and moment in the crisis also threatens the existence of enterprises.So in the contemporary business environment,crisis management is no longer an emergency temporary management project which will affect an organization of vital importance.Nanjing Guanshengyuan just this kind of enterprise is the typical representative of.In the “old stuffing incident”by media exposure hind,Guanshengyuan also take crisis management strategies in dealing with the crisis, we discuss its problems ,as well as the face of the crisis bue countermeasure,in order to enlightenment：crisis enterprises carry out crisis need real skill,need to persuade through rasoning.
