[摘要]现代女秘书美学修养的核心范畴是秘书的审美活动。而美学修养是以修养为基础，以审美活动为中心，是我们欣赏美，追求美，创造美和享受美的一个社会实践活动。作为一个现代女秘书不仅要在仪表、仪态上表现美，也要在语言艺术、行为表现上展现美，更要有美的人格。因此，不断培养自身的美学修养，有利于做一名优秀的现代女秘书。

[Abstract] Aesthetic cultivation of modern female secretary of the core category is secretary of the aesthetic activity.. While the aesthetic accomplishment is to culture as a foundation, with aesthetic activities as the center, is our pursuit of beauty, appreciate beauty, to create beauty and enjoy the beauty of a social practice activities. As a modern female secretary should not only in the instrument performance of the United States, but also in a show of beauty, more beautiful personality. Therefore, the secretary should continue to develop their aesthetic accomplishment, do an outstanding modern female secretary.

秘书是国家党政机关、企事业单位、社会组织团体中那些肩负“辅助管理，综合服务”的群体。随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展，人们对各个不同岗位的秘书提出了更新更高的要求。美学是以对美的本质及其意义的研究为主题，作为一种对文化的高层追求，相应地就要求秘书也应具有一定的美学修养。而把美学巧妙地运用到女秘书的工作中去，不是一朝一夕能够完成的，它需要女秘书在社会生活、工作中不断地实践和探索。针对当前各行各业对女秘书需要，文章从仪表仪态、语言艺术、人格等方面分析提升女秘书美学修养的具体要求和必要途径，使美学修养在现代女秘书工作中具有更大的现实价值空间。
