[摘要] 通过阐述高校教学秘书角色偏离的现象，以及此现象所引发的问题，从而发现到高校教学秘书角色定位偏差的原因。并在问题之中寻找正确的角色定位，以及实现角色定位的方法。为以后教学秘书在教学管理工作中更好发挥积极的作用提供参考。

[Abstract] By expounding the phenomenon of the role deviation of teaching secretaries in universities and the problem caused by the phenomenon. The author tried to find the reasons of the role deviation of teaching secretaries in universities. By definiting the role of the teaching secretary , the author put forward some suggestions on how to play the working initiative of the teaching secretary ,and provided some reference for the work of teaching secretary in teaching management .

高校秘书是秘书职业的一个分支，它既有秘书职业特点的共性，又因为处于高校这一特殊的工作环境之中而形成了其独有的特性 ，即行政事务性和学术性的结合。在这样一个现代化、信息化、数字化的社会，对于人才我们提出了更高的素质要求，高校是人们提高个人素质最迅速、最专业、最优化的场所，而高校秘书是是高校运转的齿轮和链条，更加合理地定位其角色，才能迎合时代发展的潮流，迎接新的机遇与挑战。
