摘 要:改革开放以来，我国经济实现跨越式发展，GDP总量超越日本跃居世界第二位，伴随着经济全球化的脚步，我国的综合国力也得到显著提高，但许多企业一味的追求经济的增长，却忽视了环境的保护，资源的节约等一系列问题，造成了我国经济一条腿长一条腿短的局面。企业的社会责任问题越来越受到广泛关注。中小企业是社会物质财富的创造者，是一切经济活动得以顺利进行的基石，它们作为一个整体对支持我国经济增长，解决当今社会就业问题，缓解贫富差距具有重要意义，理应承担相应的社会责任。文章以北京中小企业承担社会责任的现状及对策分析为例，通过资料搜集和分析，指出我国中小企业承担社会责任主要存在企业自律性较差，侵害员工合法权益，破坏生态环境，以违法手段谋取利益，漠视慈善公益责任等问题。并从政府，企业自身和社会等三方面提出政府需加强监督和打击力度，完善相关考核体系和法律法规，企业经营者应自觉提高个人素质，转变发展理念，提高自律性，社会应完善监督体系，运用多种媒体方式进行有效监督等对策建议。

By data collection and analysis, Pointed out that the social responsibility of SMEs in China has many problems, such as Self-discipline is poor, against the legitimate interests of employees, destruction of the ecological environment, using illegal means to seek benefits, ignoring charitable responsibility.
