摘要:我国连锁商业的物流配送成本较高,这对我国连锁经营企业的发展造成了巨大的障碍,严重制约了连锁经营企业规模效应的发挥,成为了连锁经营企业发展的“瓶颈”。目前国内连锁经营企业物流配送方式主要有自建配送中心、共同配送、供应商配送和第三方物流配送方式。但配送过程中仍存在较多问题,如配送模式选择不当、缺少专业的高素质人才、效率低下、设施落后等。通过对华润万家物流配送策略的分析,可以从中得到一些启示。连锁经营企业要想获得长久发展,就必须降低其物流成本以获得竞争优势。因此企业要合理选择配送模式、加强人力资源管理、提高配送中心机械自动化程度、提高统一配送率、设计科学合理的配送路线、加强物流管理信息系统的使用等。本文从连锁经营企业物流配送现状分析入手,分析连锁经营企业主要物流配送方式,配送特点,以华润万家超市为例,找出其在发展过程中物流配送方面存在的问题,基于节约成本这一点提出合理对策。

Abstract:The cost of our chain business is high which has caused a huge obstacle in the development of Chinese Chain enterprises and severely restricted the play of the scale. All these have become a "bottleneck" to the development of Chain enterprises. Presently we have four main ways of logistics distribution such as self-built distribution center, joint distribution, supplier distribution and third party logistics. But there are still many problems in distribution process. For example, the inappropriate choice of distribution model, the lack of high qualified professional person, inefficiency, poor facilities and so on. By   analyzing Vanguard logistics strategy, we can get some inspiration. in order to obtain long-term development, chain enterprises must reduce its logistics costs to gain a competitive advantage. Therefore, enterprises should choose a reasonable distribution model, strengthen its human resources management, improve the automation degree of distribution center, improve uniform distribution rate, design scientific and rational delivery routes, strengthen logistics management information system and so on. This article will first analyze the current situation of Chain enterprises’ logistics distribution, then analyze the main logistics distribution mode and distribution characteristics. At last, this article take Vanguard for example, find the problems of logistics and distribution in its developing process, put forward reasonable countermeasures based on the cost savings.
