摘要:2008年爆发的全球性金融危机，以美元为中心的国际货币体系逐渐暴露出缺陷，美元的国际地位备受质疑；2010年爆发的欧洲债务危机，使得欧元体系面临解体的危机。人民币国际化亦开始迈出实质性的步伐。如果人民币实现国际化，人民币将在全球范围内实现计价、结算、储备三个职能，并增强我国的经济实力，提升我国的国际地位。但目前，我国的金融市场体系与对境外人民币的监管力度都不具与国际货币相匹配，为解决人民币国际化发展中的存在问题，找出有效地应对措施，尽可能地消除人民币国际化路径发展中的制约因素与障碍，推进人民币国际化的发展。人民币国际化既是机遇也是挑战，是一个循序渐进、曲折漫长的发展过程，我国政府应在积极推进人民币国际化的进程中，稳定国内经济发展，完善国内、国际金融体系的同时，建立人民币相关境外管理机制，并积极参与东亚货币合作，进而促进人民币国际化的发展。目前，人民币国际化已经完成了第一阶段的人民币“周边化”，正处于人民币“区域化”初期并努力成为区域内关键货币的阶段，只有在这一阶段稳步发展，才能向第三阶段的人民币“国际化”阶段迈步。

ABSTRACT:The outbreak of the financial crisis in 2008, to the U.S. dollar as the center of the international monetary system defects gradually exposed, the international status of the dollar is widely questioned; the euro was facing disintegration crisis in European in 2010. Internationalization of the RMB is also beginning to take a substantial step. If the currency internationalization, the RMB will be implement on a global scale valuation, settlement and reserve three functions, and enhance our country's economic strength, improve the international status of our country. But at present, our country's financial market system and the regulation of offshore RMB does not match with the international monetary, to solve the problem of RMB internationalization development, find out the effective measures to eliminate as much as possible in the development of RMB internationalization path constraints and obstacles, and promote the development of the internationalization of the RMB. The internationalisation of the renminbi is both opportunities and challenges, it is a step by step, twists and turns a long developing process, our government should actively promote the process of RMB internationalization, stable domestic economic development, improving the domestic and the international financial system at the same time, establish the related management mechanism, and actively participate in east Asian monetary cooperation, to promote the development of the internationalization of RMB. At present, the internationalization of the RMB has completed the first phase of RMB surrounding of RMB regionalization is in the early stage and strive to become the key currency in the region, and steady development only at this stage, in order to move to the third stage of the internationalization of the RMB stage.
