摘要:随着市场经济的不断发展和企业规模的不断扩大,许多的企业实现了治理模式的转变和社会化的明细分工,在这样一个大的环境下,职业经理人这个新兴的管理阶层也就应运而生了。家族主义向经理主义过渡不仅是一种世界历史趋势,而且也是当代企业家的一种内在需求。
本文在总结分析前人研究的基础上,从家族企业的内部主观需要、改进治理的需要、文化变革的需要和可持续发展的需要几方面分析了完善我国职业经理人市场的重要性,并总结了现阶段我国职业经理人市场发展存在一些障碍,即法制和管理体系不健全、企业和经理人双向选择缺乏良好的环境、经理人职责界定不明确以及日常管理较松散和经理人缺乏相关素养。就这些障碍,本文从国家、家族企业、职业经理人三个角度提出了健全职业经理人法制和理顺其管理体系、营造企业和经理人双向选择的良好环境、明确经理人管理职责、加强经理人日常管理、提高经理人职业能力和职业素养具体措施,希望为像家族企业一样,实行“家族制”管理模式的企业引入职业经理人提供一个更为完善的职业经理人市场。
