摘要:2001年我国加入世贸组织时，承认了我国的非市场经济地位，从而导致世贸组织成员对我国出口产品进行立案调查时，滥用非市场经济替代国方法，虚构有关中国出口产品的倾销、补贴税率，给有关中国产品出口带来了严重的损失。随着我国经济的迅速发展，我国市场经济体制在不断的完善，但以欧美为首的西方国家仍是按照非市场经济国家的标准来对我国发动各种反倾销，给我国出口贸易、政治经济等多方面造成了不利影响，为此，本文着重研究市场经济地位对于我国的政治和经济方面的影响，以及我国可以采取的有效措施。
对此，本文讨论了四个层次的问题:我国“市场经济”地位这个问题产生的历史及法律背景；欧洲美国等国家不承认我国“市场经济”地位的原因；“非市场经济”地位给我国所造成的危害；我国政府、企业及行业组织为此可以采取的有效措施。

ABSTRACT:China's accession to the WTO in 2001, admitted that China's non-market economy status, leading to the world trade organization (WTO) members to initiate an investigation on China's export products, abuse of non-market economy country approach, fiction on Chinese exports dumping, subsidies, tax rate, bring about China's products exported to the severe losses. With the rapid development of China's economy, the system of market economy in our country are more and more perfect, but western countries headed by Europe and the United States are still in accordance with the standards of non-market economy country to mobilize various anti-dumping in our country, to cause aspects of the adverse impact to our country export trade, political and economic , therefore, this article focuses on market economy status for China's political and economic influence, and what can we take effective measures in our country.
To this, this paper discusses the four levels of problem: the problems of historical and legal background of the "market economy" status in our country; The reasons of Europe and the United States and other countries do not recognize the "market economy" status in our country; The damage caused by "Non-market economy status" to our country ; The Chinese government, enterprises and trade organizations can adopt the effective measures for this purpose.

根据我国市场经济发展状况，本文作者认为：我国的“市场经济”地位问题涉及到国家之间的政治经济问题；我国的市场化程度在不断提高，但还是得不到主要国家的承认，主要是因为政治和经济两方面的原因；第三，市场经济地位没有得到肯定，不利于我国国际贸易的发展；第四，我国政府在争取市场经济地位时，要在加快内部经济发展的同时，更要在外部积极的为我国争取市场经济地位做出不懈努力。
对于我国出口的产品，外国都采用替代国法来计算我国出口产品的成本，由于我国劳动力比较丰富，所以价格相对于那些国家来说是比较低廉的，这样就会导致我国的实际成本较替代国来说会偏低，所以倾销的问题就被他们屡次用来制约我国的出口，导致我国经济发展受到阻碍，这也是我国争取市场经济地位势在必行的原因。
