摘要：改革开放以来，民营企业成为我国经济体系的重要组成部分，在此期间，扬州也响应着国家的号召积极发展民营企业。随着国内贸易和国际经济的融合，扬州的民营企业也渐渐发展壮大起来，其发展的速度也在逐渐加快。随着扬州市的民营经济的快速发展和企业实力的不断增强，特别是政府所支持的企业实施“走出去”的环境的改善，民营企业“走出去”的步伐明显在加快。扬州的民营企业更加应该充分实践“走出去”战略，以达到发展扬州的目的。本文是以扬州地区民营企业为分析对象，结合自己所学的知识并参考相关文献和历史数据，研究在后危机时代，扬州地区对外贸易发展所面临的巨大挑战，总结得出了扬州地区的民营企业“走出去”发展现状及其趋势，并重点研究民营企业“走出去”的战略。论文，研究分析了扬州地区现阶段民营企业的在其“走出去”发展上的不足之处，然后立足于不足之处，结合我国的相关经济政策，就如何“走出去”对对外贸易发展的推动作用，提出具体措施，以促进扬州地区对民营企业“走出去”战略的实施，以达到促进扬州地区经济平稳较快发展的目的。

Abstract：Since China's reform and opening up, private enterprises become an important part of economic system in our country, in the meantime, yangzhou also response to the call of the national development of private enterprise actively. As domestic trade and international economic integration, yangzhou private enterprises also gradually grow up, the speed of its development are also gradually to speed up. With the rapid development of private economy of our city and enterprise strength is growing, especially the government supports the enterprise implementation of "going out" the improvement of the environment, private enterprises "going out" pace accelerated obviously. So in the "going out" strategy is to adapt to China's basic national conditions, achieving the only way for the comprehensive construction well-off society goals, is China's modernization and economic security under the condition of national strategy, yangzhou private enterprises more should make the practice of "going out" strategy, in order to achieve the purpose of the development of yangzhou. This article is in China's foreign trade development in yangzhou region private enterprise as the object of analysis, combined with their learned knowledge and refer to the related literature and historical data, analyzed on the basis of financial crisis affect the economic recovery, yangzhou region's foreign trade development is facing enormous challenges, concluded the yangzhou region of private enterprises "going out" development status and trend, especially the private enterprises "going out" strategy. Finally, the research analyzes the yangzhou region of present private enterprises in its "going out" development deficiency, and then based on the shortcomings, combined with related economic policy in our country, how to "go out" for the development of foreign trade, put forward specific measures, in order to promote yangzhou region for the implementation of the strategy of "going out" of private enterprises, in order to achieve the purpose of promote fast yet steady economic development in yangzhou.

本文研究的主要内容是以在我国对外贸易发展中扬州地区民营企业为分析对象，结合自己所学知识并参考相关文献、历史数据，分析研究在金融危机一息尚存、经济复苏的基础尚不牢固的时候，扬州地区对外贸易发展所面临的巨大国内外复杂形势的挑战，总结得出扬州地区的民营企业“走出去”发展现状及其趋势，特别研究民营企业“走出去”的战略。分析了扬州地区现阶段民营企业的在其“走出去”发展上的不足之处，然后立足于不足之处，结合我国的相关经济政策，就如何“走出去”对对外贸易发展的推动作用，提出具体措施，以促进扬州地区对民营企业“走出去”战略的实施，以促进扬州地区经济平稳较快发展。
本文研究的主要方法是理论与网上调查相结合。首先通过理论阐述，再用网络信息加以论证证明，使其更具说服力。从经济学角度讲，主要用网上查询信息资料的研究方法，它指不管这件事情好与坏，只研究一种现象的内在规律，回答是什么的问题。本文重在指明在民营企业在对外贸易发展中实施“走出去”战略遇到的问题以及问题的解决办法。
