摘要：连云港是江苏省重要的农产品出口基地，出口量在全省占很大比重，出口蔬菜、饲料全省第一，出口泥鳅全国第一，是连云港外贸出口支柱产品。近年来，连云港市充分发挥丰富的农产品资源优势和独特的港口优势，积极发展农产品出口创汇。外向型农业成为带动连云港市现代农业发展的主导力量，提高农业效益的新增长点。虽然连云港的农产品出口取得了一些成就，但问题仍然存在。受2008年国际经济危机的影响，连云港农产品出口成交量出现了不小的下滑。除此之外，由于“绿色壁垒”的存在，连云港市粗放的农产品生产及贸易的传统模式受到日益强大的冲击，此时如不尽快进行模式的转变，会阻碍连云港市农产品出口的发展，进而影响连云港市经济的发展。本文将针对连云港连云港农产品贸易的结构进行深入的研究，基于国内外的有关研究成果和统计分析资料分析连云港农产品的出口结构，进而发现连云港农产品贸易的发展规律和存在的问题，并依据有关的经济学理论，找到解决连云港农产品贸易存在问题、促进连云港农产品贸易发展的方法。

农产品的竞争力问题将是连云港市在经济全球化背景的前提下必须面对的一个核心的问题。农产品出口的国际竞争力不仅涉及连云港市农业结构调整工作方方面面的问题，也涉及到连云港市农村经济发展和农民收入如何快速健康增长的问题。
