摘要：随着经济全球化步伐的进一步加快，福建省漳州市作为蘑菇产业基地，在对外出口贸易方面取得了显著成就。然而，漳州蘑菇出口仍然面临诸多问题。主要是受到蘑菇产品质量、蘑菇产业标准系统实施和进口国实行的贸易保护主义等问题的影响。
本文阐述了漳州蘑菇出口贸易现状，分析漳州蘑菇出口面临的问题与原因，并以此制定相关对策。首先通过加大向国际技术标准靠拢的步伐、引进先进科学技术和设备、增强企业自身品牌意识和加大质检部门的监管力度等多元化措施并行提高蘑菇产品质量；其次逐步构建面向国际化的蘑菇产业标准体系、加强对漳州蘑菇产业农村合作社的扶持力度和建设具有标准化的专业营销市场来强化蘑菇产业标准体系；最后通过加强对进口国贸易保护壁垒手段和规律研究、开拓新型出口贸易市场来达到有效规避贸易风险的目的。本文通过对漳州蘑菇出口问题的对策研究，尝试探索出一条促进漳州蘑菇出口竞争优势提高的路径，以期对漳州蘑菇出口有所启发。

Abstract:With the development of economic globalization, the city of Zhangzhou in Fujian Province as based mushroom industry, has made remarkable achievements in the export trade. However, the mushroom export in Zhangzhou is still facing many problems. As for the exportation of mushroom in Zhangzhou, it is mainly affected by the quality of mushroom product, vague mushroom industry standard and external trade protectionism,
This thesis expounds the mushroom export trade status in Zhangzhou. It analyses the problems and reasons with which export mushrooms are faced, and then establish relevant countermeasures. Firstlt, we can use international technical standard, import advanced technology and equipments and enhance brand awareness to improve the quality:of mushroom product. Secondly, we should reinforce the mushroom industry standard system. It includes drawing up international mushroom industry standard step by step, increasing support for rural cooperatives and building professional marketing standard. Finally, we can take methods like in-depth study of trade protectionism and explore new export markets to reduce trade risks. By studying on the mushroom export problems and reasons of Zhangzhou, the thesis tries to explore a path to promote the mushroom export competitive advantage. It expects to inspire the mushroom export of Zhangzhou.

研究背景
蘑菇产品在中国农产品出口中占有重要地位，伴随着科学技术的进步，我国的蘑菇产业在近几十年来取得了较好的发展，国内外对我国蘑菇产品的需求都有了巨大的增长。福建省漳州市作为我国蘑菇产业基地之一，在对外出口蘑菇贸易中取得了显著成就。然而，漳州蘑菇出口也面临诸多问题。特别是近几年来，进口国家对来自于漳州出口的大量蘑菇产品实行反倾销、反补贴等技术性贸易措施，加上国内蘑菇产业标准不够明晰和自身产品质量的缺陷，使得在漳州从事蘑菇出口贸易的企业面临不稳定的出口风险，从而在蘑菇出口贸易方面遭遇到了瓶颈。这些问题使得漳州蘑菇对外出口遭受制约，甚至出现在个别时间段内出口量快速下降的情行，制约企业和农村经济持续发展。
研究意义
本文针对漳州蘑菇出口虽然获得了较快的发展，但其仍然面临诸多问题的情况下，深入地对漳州蘑菇出口问题及原因进行系统分析，充分发挥漳州蘑菇产品出口潜力，把漳州从蘑菇出口大市转变为蘑菇出口强市具有重要意义。本文致力于漳州蘑菇出口贸易现状、问题和相关对策的分析，有助于探索出一条保持漳州蘑菇出口竞争优势的路径，对漳州蘑菇出口具有重要的理论与现实意义。理论上，丰富了国内外的既有文献。实践上，这将为政府和产业管理部门的决策提供参考和借鉴，从而使漳州蘑菇出口贸易得到良性循环发展。
