摘要：本文主要是介绍了绿色贸易壁垒对南通市出口贸易的影响，绿色贸易壁垒对南通市进口贸易的影响以及南通市应对绿色税贸易壁垒的对策措施这三个方面的内容。从积极和消极两方面对绿色贸易壁垒对南通进出口贸易所产生的影响进行分析，较全面的从正反两个方面展现了绿色贸易壁垒对南通进出口贸易造成的整体影响。分析了南通市应对国际绿色贸易壁垒的各项措施，这里将采用两个对策的分析法，具体基于政府层面的对策进行分析和企业层面的对策分析，并给出了合理的对策和建议。通过这些这些对策和建议来提高南通的出口企业在国际市场中的竞争力，实现经济效益和环境效益的双赢。

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces the green trade barriers to Nantong export trade influence, the influence of green trade barriers to Nantong import trade and Nantong tax dealing with green trade barriers on the countermeasures of the three aspects of content. 南通市越来越受到绿色贸易壁垒的影响，尤其是在国际贸易中的出口领域，具体的流程就是从最初的农副相关产品到如今的“碳关税”相关的全部的产品，综合来看，南通市如果想要发展对外国际贸易就必须解决掉绿色贸易壁垒对本市出口企业的影响这一大问题。本文就是在分析了国际先进的国际贸易壁垒解决方案的基础上，用所学的理论和数据相结合的研究方法，同时，又从绿色贸易壁垒相关的概念入手，用大量篇幅来描述其表现形式，继而分析我国对外贸易受到绿色贸易壁垒的影响的表现，最终对南通市相关单位和相关企业如何面对绿色贸易壁垒，怎么应对其对南通市的影响，提出了自己的对策，这样就会有利于提高南通相关企业在国际贸易市场中的竞争力，提升其在国际贸易市场中的号召力，促使南通市在新的国际贸易条件下对外贸易的进一步发展，达到提升南通市整体经济实力的目的。
