摘要:茧丝绸产业是我国在国际市场上有着绝对优势的传统产业，是我国悠久历史、精湛艺术和灿烂文化的象征。茧丝绸产品一直以来都是我国重要的出口商品。南通海安自古以来就有着栽桑养蚕、缫丝制造的优良传统和悠久历史，被国家授予“中国茧丝绸生产基地”、“中国茧丝绸之乡”、“中国湖桑之乡”的光荣称号。如今，海安县致力于将茧丝绸这一产业打造成新兴支柱产业、特色产业，受到中央领导和国家多个部委的肯定。在当今经济形势下，我们需要站在全球化的高度来审视丝绸行业的发展出路。本文运用现代经济理论、文献法、理论与实践相结合的方法，通过对南通海安丝绸行业的现状，包括生产现状、出口现状的分析，结合海安县丝绸行业所具备的优势和所面临的压力、存在问题，提出对南通海安丝绸贸易的具体对策以提高其在国际上的竞争地位。

Abstract:Silk industry is our traditional industry that has absolute advantage in the international market.It is also the symbol of our country’s long history, splendid culture and superb art . Silk products has always been the important export commodities in China. Nantong haian has the long history of planting mulberry sericulture, silk reeling production and excellent traditions. It is successively named as “The production base of China’s silk” ,“The countryside of China’s Silk”, “The countryside of China’s mulberry”, by the state. In recent years, Haian focus on changing silk industry into a new characteristic and pillar industry.It is affirmed by the central leadership and the multiple ministries and commissions of the state. In today's world economic situation, we should stand in the height of the globalization to examine the development of the industry. This article using modern economic theory, the method of literature method, the combination of theory and practice to analyze nantong haian silk industry status , including the current situation and the export situation, combined with the advantage the pressure our county silk industry faces and problems, put forward specific countermeasures to improve its competitive position in the international.
