摘要:改革开放以来，苏州市加工贸易得到了迅速发展，成长为其最重要的贸易方式。加工贸易的蓬勃发展带动了整个城市经济的飞速发展，加工贸易已经成为苏州市国民经济的重要组成部分和推动城市经济增长的主要动力。
在苏州市加工贸易快速发展的同时，也同样暴露出了一系列的问题。现如今的加工贸易已经不能很好地适应新形势下苏州经济的发展要求，进行转型升级刻不容缓。同时，国内外政策和经济形势的不断变化，对于苏州市加工贸易转型升级，既带来了新的机遇，又带来了新的挑战。我们要抓住机遇，积极应对挑战，实现苏州市加工贸易的成功转型升级。
本文在分析现阶段加工贸易转型升级的背景的基础上，首先概括了加工贸易相关概念的内涵，接着分析了苏州市加工贸易发展现状，归纳出苏州市加工贸易转型升级过程中存在的主要问题，然后，指出了影响苏州市加工贸易转型升级的因素。最后，通过借鉴国际上成功转型升级的案例，结合苏州市加工贸易发展的现状，提出了苏州市加工贸易转型升级的相关对策建议。

Abstract:Since the reform and open policy of China, processing trade in Suzhou developed fast and became the city’s most important trading form. The rapid development of processing trade promoted Suzhou’s economy took- off in a large extent. Processing trade in Suzhou has become an important part of the national economy and promoted economic growth in the main power.
While the fast development of the processing trade in Suzhou, it also exposed a series of questions in the past.Nowadays,the processing trade already could not adapt the demand of Suzhou economy development under the new situation,so carrying out trade transformation and upgrading is a task which brooks no delay.Meanwhile，along with the domestic and foreign policies and economic situation’s unceasing change, processing trade in Suzhou reforming promotion has been brought the new opportunity and challenge. Under the new situation,we must hold the opportunity and deal with the challenge actively,speeds up Suzhou’s processing trade transformation and upgrading successfully .
Start from the background of processing trade transformation and upgrading at present，the article sums up related concept of processing trade, analyses the present situation of processing trade in Suzhou,summarizes existence questions of processing trade in Suzhou, points out main effects which influence on transformation and upgrading of processing trade. Finally，according to the international success stories, combining the actual situation of processing trade in Suzhou, policy suggestions aimed to promote the transformation and upgrading of processing trade are put forward.

本文主要通过以下几个部分展开对加工贸易转型升级的研究。
第一部分：对加工贸易的相关概念进行阐述，包括加工贸易的内涵、加工贸易转型升级的内涵，并对苏州市加工贸易发展的现状进行分析，分析加工贸易在苏州经济发展中的地位和作用；
第二部分：重点分析当前苏州市加工贸易发展存在的问题，传统意义上的加工贸易方式已经不能适应现阶段经济发展的要求，必然需要进行转型升级；
第三部分：对制约苏州市加工贸易转型升级的因素进行分析，从国际和国内两个方面进行；
第四部分：总结其他国家和地区转型升级的成功经验；然后，在上文一系列分析的基础上，对苏州市加工贸易转型升级给出具体的建议。
